By 18, Tracy was already deep in motocross: riding, wrenching, and racing from the start. That background built an instinctive feel for control and suspension that later carried into professional downhill mountain biking. Those instincts, sharpened by long ride days and constant feedback, still guide how he rebuilds shocks today.

In 2001, Tracy stepped into the suspension industry full-time as a factory technician for a major global manufacturer. Day after day, bench-deep and hands-on, he tore down and rebuilt shocks, refining his skills through repetition and precision. That experience opened the door to Research & Development, where he then helped shape some of the most advanced suspension products of that era.

After decades in the off-road and cycling world, Tracy expanded his technical range even further by entering the aerospace industry. With more than 10 years working in hydraulics, he mastered environments where “good enough” doesn’t exist and precision is non-negotiable.
